Long-term Goal: 27 / 31 Days, or 87%
Short-term Goals: 65 total, averaging 2.33 per day
Daily Goals: 232 / 288, which is 81%

My long-term goal for May was to polish some final pieces of the website, prepare it for the shop launch, and launch it. Goal accomplished! Thank you to all who visited and checked out the blog, especially those lovely individuals who made a purchase! You all warmed my heart <3
In May, I also wanted to strive for a better balance. Having spent six months working diligently on establishing craftraven and prepping for the official launch, I wanted to ensure I took time to appreciate life. Fortunately, some very good friends of ours visited for the long holiday weekend for Memorial Day. It was fantastic.
I’m not going to lie. Spending the entirety of this year looking for a “normal job”, knowing how qualified I am for so many different kinds of positions, and having no luck getting hired has worn me down. However, I am so grateful that it has allowed me the time to work on creating this site, this space, and all of the pieces that make it up. I haven’t felt this much like myself in years.
It’s odd how quickly we can lose interest in our hobbies when life gets challenging. You would think one would seek solace in them. In reality, some of us become so overwhelmed and exhausted that we are barely functional for the duties we face as adults. When you pile on the uncertainty of the world and/or personal trauma, sometimes we fight for each breath, just treading water.
I cannot emphasize enough the importance of continuing the fight to keep your head above water. Make any progress you can when you can do so. From day to day, you may feel as though you aren’t getting anywhere, that things aren’t getting any better. But I assure you, given the time, you WILL see change. You WILL see improvement. You WILL find ways to live your best life, even in the confines of the cards you’ve been dealt.
I do not currently have a primary goal for June. I would like to find what a day-to-day schedule for craftraven looks like now that it’s where I envisioned it to be. I want to maintain what has been established, grow what is here, and share it with more and more people.
I am incredibly proud of myself for having come this far and am so very appreciative of each of you for your support. I look forward to seeing where we all are in October 2025! I will see you in a few days for the next blog post, and I will update you next month on how June goes!
